About
PocketPlay Notes is a small independent site run by people who play games on the train, in waiting rooms, and late at night when they should be sleeping. We don't chase every release. We pick titles that seem to have depth or a clever hook and we sit with them long enough to say something useful.,Every guide here comes from actual playtime. Someone on the team installs the game, plays it for days, gets frustrated, figures things out, and then writes the guide they wish they'd had on day one. If a game bored us, we say so. If a mechanic clicked, we explain why.,We choose games by a mix of what's trending and what we're personally curious about. Genre variety matters to us — a racing game and a slow strategy title ask completely different things from a guide, and we like the challenge of covering both well.,There's no big company behind this. It's a hobby that grew, kept honest by the fact that we're the readers too. If something on the site is wrong or outdated, tell us and we'll fix it.
Klara Meunier — Klara has been writing about games for a decade and edits every guide before it goes live. She's the person who insists we replay a level before claiming it's easy.
